Many people seek out couples therapy in times of extreme stress. In some cases, couples report that therapy is their “last stop” before ending the relationship altogether. Beth Castellow uses Imago Relationship Therapy in her sessions to help couples identify the ways they get in their own way of having a successful, supportive and nurturing relationship by making the health of the relationship her priority. Beth has obtained her certification in Imago Relationship Therapy.
For any couple in a romantic relationship, including married, pre-marital, dating, same-sex and teen.
Families usually come in expressing feeling they are “at the end of their rope” and express feeling discouraged and frustrated with the way their family is functioning. Family therapy is useful to dramatically change poor communication, dysfunctional dynamics, power struggles, and adjustment problems, as well as to help establish consistency and stability within the family.
For parents/ caregivers and children, sibling relationships, blended families, and adoptive families.
